Stairway to Yoga - How to practice Yoga when it seems impossible.
A new book by Karen Gale:
(Available November 2009 - Contact Karen to reserve your copy: kegale@q.com)

If you would love to practice yoga but can't imagine doing so because...
- you don't look like the contortionists in the yoga books,
- you don't look like the yoga instructor in the fitness center, and
- you tried a class and it really hurt...
Stairway to Yoga is for you. Whether you're older, heavier, injured, pregnant, or merely normal, you'll be able to use stairs to begin a serious yoga practice. And you'll feel better every day.

"Stairway to Yoga is a wonderful program for individuals with mobility issues, whether from injury, surgery, or age-related stiffness... , I have found it beneficial to me in releasing old restricted injury patterns. I recommend her book to many of my clients." -- Feryl Hunter Webster, Certified Rolfer, Usui Reiki Master.
